We were fortunate enough to get an unexpected treat on our honeymoon in Costa Rica. We stayed in the Sonesta Jaco Resort and I would like to say that the potential for this place is incredible. The architecture of the building was the first thing I noticed. It was extremely modern and smooth. The resort sits in the path to Jaco. The entrance is beautiful. Fountains bubble and the grass is a lovely deep green. The elevators are even intelligent! If you press the wrong floor, you can press the button again to deselect it. It took me a few seconds to comprehend why the button turned off when I pressed it twice (which I often do in an elevator). The rooms were beautiful. The ceilings have crown moulding and are not flat. Your eyes wander the room and follow all flowing lines. The jacuzzis are powerful and relaxing. We enjoyed the breathtaking view while we allowed the jets to massage our back muscles.

Riverside has truly done a marvelous job.
