Our Current Projects

Riverside Developers has an eye on the future, with two projects currently in the works.

The first, the Sonesta Jaco Resort, is being built in the beach town of Jaco, the closest major beach area to Costa Rica's capitol city and largest air hub, San Jose. The Sonesta Jaco Resort is currently well under construction, with the first buildings scheduled for completion in 2008, and the Grand Opening scheduled for January 2009.

This spectacular resort offers the a large casino, a private beach club, full-service health spa, conference center, enormous lagoon-style pool, 'lazy-river' water feature, swim-up bar, restaurants, entertainment venues, and commercial center. The overall experience available at the Sonesta Jaco Resort will be reminiscent of Las Vegas, the main difference being that it is set in a lush tropical environment instead of the desert.
