Riverside Project received a prize in England

The complex of luxury condos Riverside, located in Escazu, was voted the “best housing development of 2005.”

The company Riverside Developers, established in Costa Rica, received this distinction from Bentley International Property, the design company and manufacturer of the luxury automobiles Bentley, in Great Britain, The real estate developer was invited on May of last year to participate and in December they received the prize during an exclusive ceremony in London.

“We are very proud to receive a prize of this caliber for the prestige it offers to our project located in Costa Rica” explained Joshua ten Brink, General Manager of Riverside Developers

In ten Brink’s opinion the distinction was awarded for the combination of luxury and technology of Riverside, since it is an intelligent project that responds to the demands of the growing Costa Rican market.

The development has modern communication systems of Internet and telephone systems with structured cables connected to a network.

As well, the surveillance systems contemplate video cameras both around the project as internally.

It is also characterized for having innovating elements like a 3 ton anchor located at the entrance to the condo, a scale model of Manhattan, and art work and sculptures in the lobby.
