4 Buildings Up, 2 To Go

Jaco, Costa Rica—3/17/08 – The Sonesta Jaco Resort has finished erecting its fourth building, and has two buildings left to go. As the number of buildings finished grows, the time it takes to complete each individual building is reduced, and the remaining two buildings should be completed in record time.

With the topping-off of the fourth building, the project makes another step toward being finished on-time.

The exterior walls are being assembled quickly, and the interior walls are being installed in some of the units already. A model unit will be completed within the next two weeks.

When the final building is finished being erected, efforts will be re-directed to finishing the interior of the buildings, and work on the grounds and amenities will intensify.

The resort is on schedule for completion by the end of 2008, and the Grand Opening is scheduled for the first week of 2009.
